Qatarization

As one of the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030, Qatarization targets positions that are integral to the business plans of private- and public-sector entities. We are highly committed to fulfilling the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030 by contributing g to Human Development by building an activated Qatari workforce. The objective is to provide 50 percent or more of Qatari citizens with meaningful permanent employment. To achieve this, ERC has prepared a database of some 10,000 CVs for Qatari nationals catering to the needs of the market.
