Yasir is a dynamic HR practitioner with extensive experience in human resources, recruitment, conflict resolution, learning and development, as well as managing and facilitating leadership development programs. He has proven to be successful in fostering collaborative cultures and implementing change to achieve workforce excellence. Since October 2018, Yasir has been an integral part of ERC International's Human Resources consultancies, serving multiple clients across various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee training, incentives, benefits, and payroll. His track record includes accomplishments in coaching transformational leadership, intercultural communication, team building, and change management, with demonstrated success in international recruitment. He holds a master's degree in international relations and possesses advanced HR certifications.
In his free time, Yasir loves to drive a Jeep because he loves going off-roading on the weekends.
