With Kuwaitization, ERC aims at empowering Kuwait nationals by identifying the barriers to finding competent Kuwaitis and mapping the national talents within the country. The Kuwaiti government’s proposal for 160,000 public sector expats to be replaced by nationals further shows the necessity of the national workforce for the growth of the country.

We undertake a proactive engagement in bridging the dire needs of the nation with the onboarding of Kuwaiti nationals to organizations through the right talent mapping and recruitment strategies. Around 25,000 Kuwaiti graduates are created annually which makes it necessary to establish a long-term solution to include all nationals in the labor market by generating employment opportunities in the public as well as the private sector.
